Die Regionalwahl im Aostatal 2020 fand zwischen dem 20. und 21. September statt. Zwar endete die Wahl mit einer historischen Niederlage für die früher dominante Union Valdôtaine, konnte diese jedoch eine Mitte-links-Regierung ohne die Wahlsiegerin Lega bilden.
