Kara Federmeier

Kara D. Federmeier ist eine US-amerikanische Neurowissenschaftlerin.

Federmeier ist seit 2002 Professorin an der University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Sie studierte an der University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign und wurde im Jahr 2000 zum PhD in Kognitionswissenschaft an der University of California, San Diego bei Marta Kutas promoviert (Titel der Dissertation: Sense and structure : electrophysiological investigations of semantic memory organization and use).

Sie war von 2016 bis 2019 Präsidentin der Society for Psychophysiological Research.
