Der Kanton Baume-les-Dames ist seit 1790 eine französische Verwaltungseinheit im Département Doubs in der Region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Er umfasst 96 Gemeinden im Arrondissement Besançon und hat seinen Hauptort (frz.: bureau centralisateur) in Baume-les-Dames. Im Rahmen der landesweiten Neuordnung der französischen Kantone wurde er im Frühjahr 2015 erheblich erweitert.

Bis zur landesweiten Neuordnung der französischen Kantone im März 2015 gehörten zum Kanton Baume-les-Dames die 28 Gemeinden Adam-lès-Passavant, Autechaux, Aïssey, Baume-les-Dames, Bretigney-Notre-Dame, Côtebrune, Cusance, Esnans, Fontenotte, Fourbanne, Grosbois, Guillon-les-Bains, Hyèvre-Magny, Hyèvre-Paroisse, Lanans, Lomont-sur-Crête, Luxiol, Montivernage, Passavant, Pont-les-Moulins, Saint-Juan, Servin, Silley-Bléfond, Vaudrivillers, Vergranne, Verne, Villers-Saint-Martin und Voillans. Sein Zuschnitt entsprach einer Fläche von 207,42 km2. Er besaß vor 2015 einen anderen INSEE-Code als heute, nämlich 2504.
