Der Kanton Bar-sur-Seine ist ein französischer Wahlkreis im Département Aube in der Region Grand Est. Er umfasst 46 Gemeinden im Arrondissement Troyes und hat seinen bureau centralisateur in Bar-sur-Seine. Im Rahmen der landesweiten Neuordnung der französischen Kantone wurde er im Frühjahr 2015 erheblich erweitert.

Bis zur landesweiten Neuordnung der französischen Kantone im März 2015 gehörten zum Kanton Bar-sur-Seine die 22 Gemeinden Bar-sur-Seine, Bourguignons, Briel-sur-Barse, Buxeuil, Chappes, Chauffour-lès-Bailly, Courtenot, Fouchères, Fralignes, Jully-sur-Sarce, Marolles-lès-Bailly, Merrey-sur-Arce, Poligny, Rumilly-lès-Vaudes, Saint-Parres-lès-Vaudes, Vaudes, Ville-sur-Arce, Villemorien, Villemoyenne, Villiers-sous-Praslin, Villy-en-Trodes und Virey-sous-Bar. Sein Zuschnitt entsprach einer Fläche von 288,88 km2. Er besaß vor 2015 denselben INSEE-Code als heute, nämlich 1004.
