Canadian Screen Awards 2013
Die erste Verleihung der Canadian Screen Awards, die jährlich von der Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television (ACCT) vergeben werden, fand am 3. März 2013 im Sony Centre for the Performing Arts im kanadischen Toronto statt.
Es handelte sich um die Erstverleihung des Awards, der den Filmpreis Genie Award und den Fernsehpreis Gemini Award ersetzt und zu einer Veranstaltung zusammen fasst. Dazu kommen noch Preise für digitale Medien.[1]
Die Nominierungen wurden am 15. Januar 2013 bekanntgegeben.[2] Martin Short war der Moderator der Veranstaltung.[1]
